Your data in Switzerland, without disrupting the team's day

Dependency review, choice of services, migration in waves, training. We resell no subscriptions.

Why SMEs are making the move

Three reasons come up in every conversation. The Microsoft or Google bill that rises every year. The question asked by a client, an auditor or a donor: "where is your data hosted?". And the CLOUD Act, which lets US authorities demand data held by a US provider, wherever it is stored. The Swiss federal administration is itself testing an alternative to Microsoft 365. For an accounting firm, a law office or an NGO, the answer "with a Swiss provider, under Swiss law" has become a selling point.

What we do

  • Dependency review: the list of your services (mail, files, calendars, video, CRM, backups, website) with, for each, the hosting location, the applicable law, who has access and the real annual cost.
  • Choice of services: Infomaniak kSuite or Proton for mail, calendars, storage and video; Nextcloud when you want autonomy; Infomaniak, Exoscale or Hetzner for infrastructure. The choice follows your usage, not a catalogue.
  • Migration plan in waves: who switches when, what is copied, what is archived, what is dropped, and the point of no return.
  • Switch day: a double run, mailbox-by-mailbox checks, nobody loses a message or an appointment.
  • Training and decommissioning: one hour per team on the new tools, then a clean closure of the old accounts, to stop paying and close the doors.

What it changes in practice

A 12-person firm leaving Microsoft 365 Business Standard for kSuite typically goes from CHF 2,000 to about CHF 800 a year in subscriptions (kSuite Standard, September 2026 prices), with a Swiss-law contract and servers in Geneva. The migration takes three weeks in waves, with no interruption to the business.

Price

Dependency review alone: included in the IT Audit Express, deepened in the full review (from CHF 4,500 for 10 to 30 seats, together with the access review). Supported migration: from CHF 250 per seat depending on scope, written quote after the review. No commission on the subscriptions chosen.

Frequently asked questions

Will we lose mail or history?

No, if the migration is done in waves with a full copy verified before the switch, which is what we always do. The full backup is kept until you sign the acceptance report.

What about our Excel files with macros, our Word templates?

They keep working: leaving Microsoft 365 does not mean leaving Office. You can keep the desktop applications, or move to equivalents, case by case. It is one of the points of the dependency review.

Why not just ask Infomaniak?

You can. Infomaniak provides the tool, not the decision or the change management in your team. Our role is on your side: choose, plan, verify, and tell you when staying is the better option.
